Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most of our products ship within 4–8 business days. Some items (like phone cases or specialty products) may take longer, and we’ll note that on the product page. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we ship only within Canada and the United States. We’re working on expanding to worldwide shipping in the future.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because our products are made-to-order, we can only make changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, the order goes into production.


Products & Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend comparing the measurements to a favorite item of clothing you already own.

Q: What type of quality can I expect?
A: We use premium materials through professional print-on-demand partners. That means your clothing is soft, durable, and printed with vibrant designs that last.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if my item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
A: Since each item is custom-made, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, if there’s an issue with sizing or you need an exchange, reach out and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Q: My item arrived damaged or misprinted — what now?
A: Please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are secure and encrypted.
